What was the highlight of Hotel Terme Rosapepe
Very nice facilities with not adequate services.
The room was big and clean, with efficient blackout curtains (please change the corroded mirror in the bathroom!). The shower was pleasant, and all common spaces are also very good looking. The spa (400 meters away) are wide and discretely maintained.
Organization needs really to be improved, the breakfast service offered at the restaurant is really not adequate to the hotel level. I never saw a maître to coordinate the unexperienced waiters. The access to the spa is limited (you have only as many tickets as the number of nights of your reservation), and pools close at 17:30. So basically if you check-in at 15:00 you have to think carefully if it’s ok wasting one of the tickets going to the spa on the first day. Terrible.
